I am Paola, an Industrial Engineer, an Advanced Ontological Coach, and an International Generative Consultant. Through consulting, I have supported and trained managers, leaders, and teams in leadership development, helping them maximize their potential and apply their insights to benefit organizations—driving engagement and accountability. As the founder of Advance Consultants, I have built my career as a generative consultant and ontological coach, supporting companies across various industries. I am also the director of the Female Leadership Program "Awaken the Power Within You" and the creator and instructor of the “Diploma in Leadership, Diversity, and Inclusion” at UNAB.

My professional career includes executive positions primarily in service-oriented companies, where I have made significant contributions in defining strategies to develop and expand human capital.

I have over 20 years of experience in the coaching field, holding certifications in Generative Coaching and Consulting in Organizations from the Institute for Generative Leadership Latam; Organizational Coaching and Women's Leadership Coaching from Newfield Consulting; Advanced Ontological Coaching from Newfield Network; International Life & Leadership Coaching from ILC Academy; and a Diploma in Professional Coaching from Andrés Bello University.
